The 10th edition of the Metaheuristics International Conference (MIC 2013) will be held in Singapore Management University from the 5th - 8th August, 2013.

The Metaheuristics International Conference (MIC) is a forum for the exchange of new algorithmic developments, high-impact and novel applications, new research challenges, theoretical developments, implementation issues, and in-depth experimental studies in metaheuristics.

This will be the 10th MIC (after Breckenridge, Sophia-Antipolis, Angra dos Reis, Porto, Kyoto, Vienna, Montréal, Hamburg and Udine). MIC 2013 in Singapore will provide an opportunity to the international research community to discuss recent research results, to develop new ideas and collaborations, and to meet old and make new friends in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. As MIC celebrates its 10th offering, we extend a warm welcome to invited and contributed presentations at the intersection of metaheuristics and other disciplines (such as constraint programming, math programming, multi-agent systems, planning and scheduling, etc). We plan to organize special tracks on Big Data decision analytics and distributed problem solving.

MIC 2013 will feature refereed paper and keynote presentations and panels on emerging issues that bring academic and industry participants together in dialogue. Because of MIC's proximity to the vibrant international business and high-tech setting of Singapore, we expect to have participation from practitioners.

Please contact MIC2013 organising commitee if you have any queries.
